Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase and your order ID are also required.


Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at service@onekeycap.com with your photos of the damage/defective or the incorrect item, as well as your order number. You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs taxes or other fees incurred during transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds
Once the return shows a ‘Delivered’ status, please contact us at service@onekeycap.com so we can process it promptly. Refunds are processed once the returned item passes inspection at our warehouse. If approved, the refund for the item price will be issued within a few business days. Refunds, if applicable, will only cover the item price. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable, as the service has been rendered.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@onekeycap.com.


Exchanges or Replacements
To request a replacement, please contact us at service@onekeycap.com within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused and in its original condition. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us for further evaluation so we can resolve the issue promptly.
