What materials are your keycaps made from?

We offer two types of keycaps: alloy and resin.
Our alloy keycaps are crafted from a durable zinc-aluminum blend, while the resin ones are made from premium-quality resin.

Are all of your keycaps handmade?

Not all keycaps are handmade. Our resin keycaps are carefully handcrafted, while the alloy keycaps undergo advanced processes like baking paint and electroplating to achieve a premium metallic finish.

Are your keycaps universal?

Our keycaps are designed to fit mechanical keyboards with MX-style switches (with a cross-shaped "+" stem). However, they are not compatible with low-profile keyboards.

How do I install the artisan keycaps?

Installing your keycaps is simple: just remove your existing keycaps and replace them with our artisan ones.

If the fit is a little tight, gently warm the keycap with a hairdryer for a few seconds—this should make installation easier.

When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive?

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All artisan keycaps are made to order. Alloy keycaps typically ship within 1–3 business days, while resin keycaps may require 3–7 days of preparation.

Standard shipping takes 7–12 days; express shipping arrives in 5–9 days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please refer to our Refund Policy for questions regarding order changing, order cancellation or refunds.

Can I change my delivery address after it has been placed?

You can modify your delivery address before your order ships.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, please contact us as soon as possible at service@onekeycap.com.

However, if your order has already been shipped, the address can no longer be changed. In that case, we recommend contacting your local courier to see if they can update the delivery address for you.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

When will I receive my shipping / tracking number?

Once you place an order, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email.

After your package has been prepared and shipped, we’ll send you a separate email with the tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email from service@onekeycap.com with your tracking number.

You can use it to check the latest updates on our Track Your Order page.
